Funny Valentine's Day Movies
Throughout Valentine's week we are almost forced to watch romantic movies, but not all are funny. Many of the older films are much more dramatic and the newer films are much more quick-comedy and not so much ones to be remembered.

Some Like it Hot
Two musicians witness the St. Valentine's day murder and decide it is best to leave town before the mobsters find them. However, the only way out of town is to take a job with an all girl band. There's two problems, one: they are both men. and two: a beautiful woman wins their hearts.
Shrek
Shrek is sent out to rescue the feisty princess with the help of a lovable donkey to win back his swamp. However, the princess has a secret and lord farquad isn't what he seems to be, at least to Shrek.
The Princess Bride
A peasant boy, Westley, pledges his love to the beautiful Buttercup. The boy is kidnapped and reportedly killed by pirates while Buttercup is betrothed by the evil prince. When Buttercup is kidnapped by a giant, a Spanish swordsman, and a mastermind, a masked swordsman follows in pursuit (could it be Westley?).
Four Weddings and a Funeral
The film follows the life and fortune of Charlie and his friends as they wonder if they will ever find true love. Charlie finds an American woman whom he thinks is "Miss Right." The story follows through the life and times of the couple and his friends as they attend four weddings and a funeral.
Breakfast at Tiffany's
A struggling writer moves to a New York apartment where he becomes intrigued with his neighbor, Holly Golightly. When Holly is out she is a sophisticated and sexy, but when the two are alone she's a vulnerable woman. The movie follows Holly through her life in New York and her job which provides platonic relationships for men.
Shallow Hal
Hal begins to see the "inner beauty" of women after being hypnotized by a self-help guru. He falls in love with a 300-pound woman, only believing she is a young model. The story follows Hal as he courts women only to find out later he is hypnotized.
The Wedding Singer
Robbie Hart, who was just stood up at the alter, is an extremely talented wedding singer. After his fiancee leaves him he is consoled by a lovely young woman, Julia Sullivan, who is being courted by the wrong man. Robbie attempts to help Julia with her wedding plans but the two begin falling in love.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Joel Barish awakes and skips work to head to the shore. He meets a chatty, free spirited girl who he soon falls in love with, but seems to remember her from somewhere. He later finds out she had her memory erased after he broke her heart, only for him to have done the same.
Moonstruck
Loretta Castorini, a woman who's husband died several years ago on a bus accident, decides to get married once again. She chooses Johnny Cammareri as the lucky fellow. However, she isn't really in love and soon finds herself interested in Johnny's younger, mild-mannered brother.
Sabrina
Sabrina is a young daughter of the Larrabee family's chauffeur. She has been in love with David Larrabee her entire life, but he is a playboy who uses women and ignores Sabrina. Sabrina stays in Paris for several years before returning as a sophisticated and sexy woman. David is quickly drawn to her. The problem is David is to be married with a business partner, so his brother Linus attempts to keep the two separated.
