1990s Academy Award Winners
The 1990s were filled with great films. Amazingly, perhaps the most famous film of them all was not credited with an Oscar for Best Picture, Shawshank Redemption.
Perhaps not surprising, eight of the ten films have constant showings on television networks across the world. The other two, The English Patient and Shakespeare in Love, were credited with amazing artistic work.

1997: Titanic
1996: The English Patient
1995: Braveheart
1994: Forrest Gump
1993: Schindler's List
1992: Unforgiven
1991: The Silence of the Lambs
1990: Dances with Wolves
Once again, the Academy got it right. Every film has stood the test of time and should be amongst everyones must watch movies.
My personal favorite from the list above is Schindler's List. I absolutely love historical films. Braveheart, Forrest Gump, and Unforgiven all come as a close second.
